1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
The product is unused, returned in its original packaging, and accompanied by a mandatory unboxing video.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To qualify for a refund, a clear and continuous unboxing video is compulsory. The video must show:
The shipping label with your name and order ID.
The sealed package before opening.
The complete unboxing process, highlighting the issue (if any) with the product.
⚠️ Refund requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
3. Timeframe to Report Issues
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at info@miratrends.in with your:
Order ID
Unboxing video
Brief description of the issue
Our team will respond within 3–5 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be processed for:
Products returned without original packaging
Cases without a proper unboxing video
5. Refund Process
If your refund is approved:
Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: You will receive store credit via a coupon code for the item value (excluding shipping).
6.Didn’t Like the Product? No Problem!
If you’re unsatisfied for any reason (but the product is not damaged or incorrect):
You may return the item for store credit (excluding shipping charges).
The product must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
Refund will be processed after the item is received and inspected at our facility.
7. Unboxing Video Guidelines
A proper unboxing video is mandatory for any return or refund request. Please follow these guidelines:
Place your camera on a stable surface in a well-lit area.
Clearly show the shipping label with tracking number, address, and product details.
Display all sides of the sealed package to confirm it hasn’t been tampered with.
Record the entire unboxing process without any cuts. Keep the product and package fully in frame at all times.
Show the product clearly and highlight any issue (if applicable).
If the product is correct and undamaged, no further action is needed.
⚠️ Any video not meeting these standards will not be considered for refund claims.
